This is an instrument for the protection of the right to health, as it allows users\/patients to control the services received and their quality. The service charter states the values at the base of the laboratory\u2019s activities and informs users regarding the fruition of said services<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Services are supplied in compliance with the norms established by the Directive of the Italian Premier <\/span>(27\/01\/94):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">Equality<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\">: services are supplied equally to everyone, regardless of sex, race, religion, language, or political opinions. Equal treatment and adjustment of services is guaranteed to the disabled.\u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Impartiality<\/span>:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">we guarantee objectivity, fairness, and impartiality. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Continuity<\/span>:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">services are offered regularly and with continuity<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Right of choice<\/span>:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">users have the right to freely choose the supplier of the services. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Participation<\/span>:<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">users have the right to access all information related to them. It will respond to patients\u2019 requests professionally and discretely, from routine tests to more complex situations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">We carry out different types of tests in the areas of clinical chemistry, toxicology, microbiology, immunohaematology, immunology, hormonal assays, virology, etc.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">Access<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span lang=\"EN-US\"><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Our services will be offered immediately during the established hours.
